Default adjusting headlight help please

Hello,
I want to adjust the headlight as I have found out this can be done and feel that my driver headlight is pointing in towards the right. I want to adjust it but am having a difficult time as to which I need to turn.
There seems to be these little white and black plastic plugs, am I suppose to turn those? If I try to pry it off it seems they want to break. I have provided a picture. If anyone can guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Yes underneath those plugs are white Phillips head style screws that you need to turn . Don't worry the plugs are not going to break. Both of them can be adjusted both Adjustment screws are attached to the entire assembly(high beam and low beam)!

Hope that helps!!!!

Thanks for the info!
I actually tried to pry out the plugs with a flat screw driver and one actually chipped/broke a bit and stopped. Can anyone tell me what else I can use or does it not matter much if they break?

Thanks!

The plugs are just to keep the moisture out doesn't really matter that they break But if you're concerned just fill the plug up after you're done with silicone
