Default 2008 A4 2.0T S-line. What kind of oil and coolant?

As title mentioned, I am looking to change my oil (I will just bring it to the auto care shop but I need to know the type of oil so I can let them know the one I want) and add some more coolant.
Anyone knows what type of oil and coolant should I use for my car?
I live in Louisiana which is very hot. (might be around ~95o).
Thanks in advance.

Add: I just checked it back right now. I pressed the button "CHECK" and the red light came on for coolant and oil pressure. When I was driving home today, the oil light (with the word "MIN" on it) came on but now it came off. What problem am I having with the car?

Just to add you want to use either 0w40 or 5w40 (I use this one). Has to be full synhtetic oil. I use Mobil 1 myself.

Not 100% sure on the coolent but I think it requires a specific kind. Can't check my owner's manual right now so hopefully someone else knows.

As for your MIN Oil light. You might be right at the level where it trips the sensor. Check the oil level when the engine is warm to make sure you are between the min and full marks.

Get the coolant from a VW or Audi dealer's parts department. It used to be G12, I think it's G13 now. It's the only stuff you should top off with. It's not that much more than a gallon of generic stuff--it's just a little out of the way to get it if you're not close to a dealership.

Guy's I just bought an 08' A4 2.0T S-line myself and am getting stuff around to change the oil myself. I found the thread on reseting the computer (since my car didn't come with an owners manual) so that was awsome. My stupid question of the day is how many quarts of oil do I need? and also, where is the dipstick located? I've looked all over the engine bay and can't find it?

Don't know how many quarts, the dealer changes mine (part of the deal when I bought it) but you can't find the dipstick?? It should be orangeish colored and the easiest thing to find. Unless its not there, then you've got yourself a problem that should be resolved immediately before driving!

Yeah I'm not kidding lol. I mean, I've had Audi's before and I know my way around car pretty well. I looked in the area just to the right of the block as your facing the engine (that's where my 97' 1.8T was) and don't see anything. I'm wondering if this car has electronic dipstick only? If the stick is missing I'm going to be pissed at the dealershit. I've had numorous problems with this car since I drove it off the lot

Electronic dipstick? If by that you mean when the oil gets too low it trips the low oil light in the car then yes it has that. I can't think of one car company who'd be dumb enough to not put a good ol fashion dipstick in their car...except those battery powered cars. But I've personally looked at an 08 2.0T engine and it's in the exact same place as my 07. Wish I had a picture for you. Something must be missing or covering it up, it shouldn't be hard to spot at all. Can you find the tube that the stick goes into? Should be in that same spot, likely black in color. Post a picture of the top of your engine if you can. You''ll probably have to use a site like photobucket to upload one...

Mine is an orange ring at the top of the dipstick. It is sort of buried real low down next to the engine cover, so maybe pop that off and you'll find it?

Well I went out and popped the hood. What I found was a black plastic cap which appeared to be used on the A/C low pressure switch, dum-gummed to the dipstick tube. Unbelievable!! I pray that none of the dum-gum made it's way down to the engine block. Any idea's on where I can get a good price on a new dipstick?

ECSTuning.com? Dealership parts department? It can't be that expensive, I've found that for cheaper stuff, I don't save a lot by going to the internet (once you add shipping).
