2 questions: B7 wheels and ipod connector issues
1. I have an 08 A4 quattro and was wondering if there will be any adverse effects if I replace the stock 18" wheels with an OEM replica.
I'm interested in replacing with the 5-tri spoke wheels (see below)

2. Since I got my car two months ago, I've had zero luck in being able to use my 5th gen ipod nano with the stock fixed glove-box ipod setup. Because there is no cable, and the ipod plugs horizontally into the ipod slot, it is free to move about, rendering it useless. My dealer got in the plastic insert set (a whopping $57 for a few plastic things) which was supposed to help, but unfortunately there is no insert for the 5th gen nano. Are there any alternatives???? All I want to do is listen to my damn ipod.
Thanks!

Just make sure the wheels are of a stock Audi bore. If not you will need hubcentric rings to fit right. Otherwise you will be fine.
Buy an extended cable of 6 ft for the IPOD. Run it out the back of the glovebox and through the center of the car to mount where you want. I have a TuneFlex stand to hold mine and its right at my fingers.
