I have a TDI 170BHP that has oil around filler cap, occasional rough tickover and occasional blue smoke out of the exhaust at idle.

Does anyone know where the PCV is located on the TDI 2.0 engine or what it looks like? Does the diesel engine even has a PCV?

I put on the BSH PCV fix after having to replace two oil caps. Its $100 and an easy install. You never have to worry about anything again. I drive a ton for work and have 140k on my car. No problems so far. 2wd knows his stuff, he is how I found out about it BSH.
