07 2.0 A4 White Smoke After Starting...
Hello all...
Just bought a CPO 07 2.0 A4 at the end of JAN. Love the car. Its got about 27000 miles on it.
However, today I went out to go fill it up, and immediately after starting a considerable amount of white smoke came out the exhaust....this happened for about 5 seconds, and then it stopped smoking. The smoke was thick and sort of hung in the air. Anyone have an idea what it might be?

White smoke is typical of a blown headgasket or cracked cylinder head. I have no idea if any Audi has a past reputation for such a thing, so I wouldnt just leap at that conclusion untill others here speak out.
I personally would watch closely for further reoccurrences. As a added precaution, be sure to check your motor oil for any "frothing" or foam on the dipstick. This is a dead giveaway that something bad has happened. If you see this, I recommend you do not drive the car, but have it towed to the nearest dealer.
