I have just gotten my car out of a body shop because it had just been in a accident basically the whole passenger side of the car got messed up the shop had only changed one of the xenon lights of the car so now I have a light that looks brand new and clean and another that looks dirty are there any kits or specific ways to clean this?

You need to start up with new bulbs, or change the other headlight.

I believe Meguiar's makes a kit for reconditioning headlights. That could help if the original is scratched or yellowed. The other issue is that HID bulbs gradually lose power over time, so the new bulb may appear brighter than the original. As stated above, if that's the issue, you need to replace the other bulb if you want them to match.
