Wifes first audi

Cool Wifes first audi

Looking at getting my wife a 02 a4 3.0 awd has 75k on the clock and dealer want 10k sounds fair just like to know from the pros if theres any major issues with this model i gead so much bad about a4s but do not specifie about 3.0 with awd just 1.8s with cvt does this car even have cvt thanks

cvt? that would be a question you should ask the dealer. I would say, stay away from the cvt if you can and get a quattro. 1.8Ts are fun if you like to mod, but if its for your wife and she is just going to drive the damn thing then get a 3.0. either way, they are both solid cars

You need the ask the dealer for service/maintenance records. These cars remind me of stubborn women, and we all know what that means. Really ask about the timing belt because that is almost a necessary for these cars around that mileage. If you could, see if you can look around for an audi tech around you, bring him along and tell him to look at it for you. Obviously treat him well and offer him something in return hes not a dog :P

Honestly from what I see at dealerships now a days people could care less about cars. I dont even let the dealer touch or clean my car, not taking my chance with them scratching it. And using a hose for a wash is s bad anyways. Anyways, work the price down. I'd offer what kbb says or edmunds.
