Default What does this symbol mean (0) ?

I was driving my car this morning and all of a sudden I hear a beep and (0) showed up on my dash. I don't have the owners manual and I've been looking on the net but I can't find anything. Please help me out guys, by the way I have a 2003 Audi A4.

This means your front brake pads are worn out, and need to be replaced.

there is a wire on the inside of the pads, you could of somehow broke it and still have plenty of pad left. If that is the case, you can just cut and loop the wires and the light will go away. However, you will no longer have a warning unless you swap pads and undo the wires

If you look at your brakes and they look fine.. Contact me, I sell a loop that conects to the harness for the brake pad wear sensor that will correct that.
