Default Washer fluid

The other day, it was cold, my washer fluid stopped spraying. It worked, then a half mile later it stopped. When I pull the arm to spray fluid, the wipers still go, but no fluid. My resevoir looked pretty low, so i refilled it, still nothing. Is there a fuse that specifically runs the sprayers? Its not a leak, b/c the resevoir holds fluid. It seems like the pump might be bad. Any ideas?

Also, when I bought the car the resevoir was bone dry, and no light was on. And even now when the resevoir is empty, still no light. Is there a fuse that powers that light specifically?

It should be your fuse. They are located on the left side between the door and the steering wheel. Just open that cover and it has all the fuse's descriptions on it, if i'm not wrong it is # 30 something. Good Luck.

#37, replace the 20 amp with a 30. Seriously, there is a new thread every week about washer fluid. I don't see how the search function is not catching these.

If it goes on and off could it be a loose wire on the pump? If it doesn't work at all then i'd say check the fuse since it's common.

I blow that fuse every other day since it's been cold out. Usually blow it when my headlights are on. Not sure if the headlight sprayers are frozen down or something, overloading the circuit.... As long as I turn the headlights off, or pull the washer real quick, wont blow. Replacing with a 30 amp seems to help too.
