Default Used or affordable interior parts... where?

New owner of a 2004 A4 convertible here. Trying to bring this beautiful but abused baby back to pristine condition. Man, the PO was hard on the inside of this car. I guess I got a little spoiled with my Saab, because it seems like I was able to find affordable parts easier, but maybe I just need the collective wisdom of this forum to point im in the right ridertdion. So, were do I buy intererior trim parts? I am looking for the following (interior color is tan/toupe):

1. Sun visor clip (the part that holds the visor in place when in the "stow" position)
2. Door jam aluminum strip
3. Window switch button (just the button, all the paint is worn/scraped off)
4. Speaker cover (front, lower)
5. False cover plate (plastic piece just above the cup holder)
6. Arm rest door (the part that lifts up on hinges, both brackets are broke)
7. Switch button for convertible top (just the button, all the paint is worn/scraped off)
8. Net & Frame for the cargo net attached to the back of the front seats
Steering column cover, lower (just the plastic part covering the column)
9. Battery access plate/cover

Any advice appreciated...

For the nets and speaker cover you can find them here on in Audizine clasifieds. For the other stuff you probably need to go to ECS or the dealer.
