Default Which Turbo Route should I go? Franken, GTRS, 2871R

This winter I'm going to begin purchasing parts for my new turbo build and I'm sorta at a crossroad as to which turbo I should go with. I'm trying to stay price conservative around 3-5k and wanna be in the ball park around 280-330 whp. I like the idea that these turbos basically remain in the stock location and the elim versions of both Garett kits. I'm currently running a k04 custom made exhaust, Rai test pipe tt injectors forge splitter valve and Carbonio CAI. I know I'm going to need new injectors such as 550cc new intercooler maybe ER or racetech. I've researched a bit and fellow AZers raved about getting the ATP manifold even though the elim kits dont't really require you to. Also I dont really want to do engine internals just yet maybe a year or so after my new turbo build and want to run about 20-23PSI. I also want good spool time and at least feel power kicking in around 3500-3800 RPM Ultimately I just wanted to get some feedback of 1. what set-ups people are using with these 3 kits. 2. What's the price range they spent and how much WHP did they get out of it and 3. Which is the better route turbo wise to get 280-330 WHP on a good budget
