Default Timing belt tension

So I finished changing my Tbelt, tensioner, damper, and water pump. I checked the gap between the tensioner pulley and damper housing multiple times and it was in 7 mm (recommended between 6-10mm). So I put everything back together and started her up and took her for a test drive. Everything sounded good...however...when I got back I rechecked the gap and it is now 4-5 mm. Do I have to go back and readjust everything? Does anyone think that the new belt just needs to "stretch" a bit and break in? I only drove it for about 5-10 minutes, enough to get the engine temp hot. Should I take it for a longer drive? I measured the 4-5 mm gap last night, and I remeasured it again this morning and it is still the same. It's like 15 degrees outside, not sure if that matters-
Thanks

Default i got...

the kit from blauparts...not too worried about it now, everything is performing extremely well...wish I could have got my crank bolt off though...I broke a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter with my breaker bar trying to get it off, so I said screw it...just changed the the camshaft seal.
