Default Stuttering on take off (not trans)

My 2002 A4 1.8T only when fully warmed up- when at a light on take off it wants to stutter (using both auto and shifter but not going into any gear) in 1600 to 2000 rpm it wants to jump a bit so in that rpm range only it stutters. when shifting after 2000rpm it is smooth so not a transmision issue. Also at crusing over 40mph and rpm in in the 1600 to 2000 range the rpm guage jumps slightly at times. What is the issue or ideas?
Also where do I get (see pics) these parts?

sounds like you have a tip and this is obviously a transmission issue if you're getting f-ed up rpms. your post is also very confusing and it seems like you dont really know waht you're saying. in your case i would take it to a professional immediately since it seems you wont be sure of what you're doing.

not to flame or anything but that's just my .02

maybe coil packs? idk... but thats odd because in my b6 3.0 manual it stutters and kinda bogs down a little bit when its cold out and i dont give it time to warm up... only does it for the first mile or so... ive only done it three times or so, normally i always let my car warm up for 5 minutes at least when its this friggin cold[:@]

is the car shaking violently? when a coilpack is out you know its out. feels like the car just wants to die/reduced power at low speeds. go to autozone and have them check for codes/misfires.
