i have the same car, tried putting denso's in it and the car completely rejected it. had to go to the dealer, ended up costing $17.60 a plug, but the car didnt seem to like anything else. maybe other people have better ideas, but thats just what i ran into

Amazon.com: NGK (2667) BKR7EIX Iridium IX Spark Plug, Pack of 1: Automotive
EuropaParts.com: Spark Plug (1.8T, 2.2T) - F5DPOR - Bosch
Amazon.com: NGK (6418) BKR6EIX Iridium IX Spark Plug, Pack of 1: Automotive
And please dont go to the dealership to have this done! It seriously takes about 20 minutes to do the whole car. Just pop off the coilpack connecters pull out the coil and get your wrench and unscrew the plugs. Reverse order to install. Perhaps mblais your plugs were gapped wrong. Sometimes they dont come properly gapped causing a misfire. . . .

Got a set of NGK (6418) BKR6EIX Iridium IX Spark Plug and 2 coils , it s ridiculous easy how to change the sparks and coils , just to think at the dealer they wanted 150 dollars for doin a 20min job , was thinking that after replacing the 2 coils the engine light would turn off , but is still there , weird

man i was going to tell u. either take your car to autozone and they will clear the code for free. Orrr u can go to amazon buy the elm 327 bluetooth scanner. It works with andriod app torque. U can scan the car clear the codes. plus its only around 20 dollars. Cant beat that really. I just need to make a thread on these different cables to save people some headache.
