Default Right headlight dipped

Light is cutting out and giving this messsage. It had done this a couple of times in the last few months, but went away right away. Now its staying on longer. Seems to be related to going around turns in my parking garage. It has been flickering for a while too.

Sound like a bulb, ballast, or short??

Thanks

Seems like your ballast is going out. I'd wait until it completely goes out and verify that is the ballast, it could be the bulb as well. The only time I know for sure is the bulb is when it has the pink eye effect.

lol damn germans so u have a stock set up. I think they put the ballast underneath the light housing. if its ur stock setup its probably the bulb that is going out.

I think the balast is inside the housing, after you open that little door remember. It has to be there to be protected from water and stuff.
