Default Recalibrate/Adjust Headlights after VVME Xenon Conversion?

From what I've been reading any aftermarket Xenon conversion is not legal in the states if it is done out of the dealership. I just want to make sure that my headlights aren't completely blinding - just a little .

I'm thinking of grabbing the kit at vvme.com ($26 for shipping?! REALLY?) and installing it, but want to make sure that my lights won't get me into trouble. Do I need to make sure they aren't above a certain angle? Sadly, they won't auto level like the OE Xenon lights.

we, b6 owners are lucky, cause our stock headlights come with the lens. So we dont blind people that much... I've been running vvme for 2 yrs, and i beleive nobody hasnt flashed me once yet.

So vvme is the real deal then? It seems almost too good to be true. Other sites are around $150 or more and they are only $40! You this this is a safe mod for a beginner?

there are quality brand name products that go for $350+ (phillips for example) and always "generic" brands like vvme. so quality of those is different. i couldnt afford a quality hid kit back then, ( but i think i wouldnt buy one anyways) so i ordered one from vvme. it was about $100 back then. i always drive with the lights on, is it day or night. my first bulb went bad after about 1.5yrs. then a month after one of my ballasts went bad. But i paid only $100 I ordered another kit from them and replaced that bulb/ballast and still got an extra one left just in case. its not $40, it comes up to $65 if im not mistaken. I run vvme for my headlights/fog lights and i like it.
