REALLY odd heater/coolant issue w/ P codes

Thanks Shane. I actually found a nice site called www.audidiy.com that has lots of write-ups. I've tried to get in touch w/ the guy who owns the car and told him to call the shop to find out if they'll warranty their work before I tear into it further. If they wont be doing the work, i'm sure I will since i'm on charging $35 per/hr vs. his shops roughly $85-$110. I just can't think of anything else it could be other than the waterpump or thermostat. When I bleed the car, I think all it's really doing is boiling away the water and doing absolutely nothing since the radiator, both heater core, and the lower radiator lines are still cold.

Instead of reading back through the whole thread to see if you already said it, i will just ask. Have you flushed the entire system??
