From reading oodles of posts, I would assume ignition coils b/c of the misfire fault codes (and b/c the car rides rough... shakes, goes no where if i floor it then kicks in, bogs down).

1) What are the symptoms of a bad coolant temp sensor? My guage always reads just a hair past the mid point. Could it affect the rough ride?

2) What are the chances its my air flow meter and not the ignition coils? I had another car that felt like this when the MAF went bad.

3) Should I wait to drive the car until I replace the coolant temp sensor? Or, is it good to drive if i replace the coils (assuming the coils is the cause of the rough ride).

4) Correct me if I'm wrong: 01274 - Air Flow Flap Positioning Motor (V71) would cause zero driving problems. As in, the rough ride has nothing to do with HVAC?
