Without dropping my car, 02 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro, I'd like to go with 19' Hartmann R8 replicas. How tall of a tire, and type could I mount without any rubbing issues?

245/35R19 is the maximum tire size you should run on a B6. If you go that route be sure to get a wheel that is 8" wide.
