Just replaced battery, alarm rings and hazards wont stop blinking

Sorry if there's already a thread similar to this, I'm new to this forum and I couldn't find it anywhere on here. I recently replaced my battery and for some reason the alarm rings everytime I turn the car on, and the hazard lights won't stop blinking. Even when I turn the car off the hazard lights continue to blink.

Edit* I own a 2003 Audi A4 Quattro
