So I just bought a B6 3.0 and I chose it without realizing there is almost no mod support out there for it. I'm actually taking this car to germany with me (in order to bring a German Audi back with me) but I'm curious to know, how come no ones tried a twin turbo A4? Although I don't know the engines of Audi, I thought maybe the s4 and a4 engines were extremely similar if not the same. If this is the case, is it possible to use the s4's available mods on my a4?

Actually, Audi did offer a bi-turbo engine, the 2.7L. If I recall correctly, it was an available option on some of the B5 S4's and the Audi Allroad, and the A6. It wasn't a very reliable engine and was prone to all kinds of expensive repairs.

The B6 S4's have an 8-cylinder 4.2L engine, while the A4's have either a 1.8L 4 cylinder turbo, or a 3.0L V6 like yours.

 

So, there was never a 3.0 6-cyl in any s4, correct? Trying to shove an 8-cyl in my a4 just seems a little impractical...
