Default I need a How To on Bleeding clutch slave cylinder

As the title say, I need a How To on Bleeding clutch slave cylinder. Not familiar with the Audi's quite yet and so I would like to know the proper way to bleed the clutch slave cylinder.

Thanks

So just pump the clutch a bunch of time and the loosen the screw?

Should I use DOT-3 or DOT-4 to refill what gets leaked out?
