This here line is leaking...what is it?!

Might be a little late for a reply for your post but this is what I did.
I had the high pressure lines for the power steering pump rebuilt. Try finding a shop in your location that does repairs for these type of high pressure hoses.
I had that particular one rebuilt and the line that connects after that one which snakes behind and under the engine and connects to the steering rack. I made the line that snakes around into a 2 piece for ease of install because it was a bitch to remove.
Make sure you're not leaking from the "S" shaped hose on the input side of the pump which looks like its leaking a little from your pictures. Use some screw type clamps instead of the crimp type.
Getting the high pressure lines cost me about $120. A lot cheaper than buying the OEM replacements.
