looks like the tube thats supposed to go to a T fitting ans split and go to your fuel pressure regulator..

In the event that this is for the fuel pressure regulator, could this cause a P0441 EVAP Purge Valve CEL?

that'd be a vacuum line. why is it shredded so bad?

Lol I have no idea why it's in that condition, I only recently purchased the car. It's pretty thin, not too thin to be a vacuum line?

Is there not a barb for that vacuum line to plug into your fpr that I circled in your picture here?

Crypto is right. The tube that's supposed to be there is there. Still trying to figure this out. Driving through a tropical storm today caused a SECONDARY AIR INJECTOR check engine light. Wonder if this can be correlated.
