Default Help!

I have a 2004 audi A4 and im trying to put in a panasonic double din indash. Ok. Im putting a Panasonic double din indash into my 04 audi a4. Im having a lot of trouble getting the unit to work correctly, i made the dash kit to have it work already but i was sent the wrong wiring harness off ebay, then i went to my local audio shop and hooked all the wiring up correctly and still no go. Does any one have pictures of their aftermarket wiring harnesses all wired up? Also does anyone have pictures of the plugs from the car for the radio with what each wire is for? really trying to get it done by tomorrow thanks.

for any one interested This was actually on a clients car, i have a little business im starting as ive been in car audio for years and car restoration. It was one of the hardest installs ive ever done as nothing was simple plug and play everything is custom. Custom dash install kit, custom wiring harness, had to cut up the dash to get the unit to fit in, just a real pain all aroud but it came out looking oem IMO. If i could have done it with out the ipod controller i would of but the client wanted it so i had to put it in. What do you guys think?

Looks ok. Is the screen crooked or is that just the angle feature and the photo angle? That ipod thing has got to go.

for some reason i guess thats how the din is in our car, or the dash. cuz when the screen slides out of mine, it has a slight slant just like that. weird.

Just tell him not to tell anyone that you installed it.

Oh and for audio i believe that soldering wires together and covering with heat shrink is the best method.

i dont understand why. even i put my usb cable in through my glove box and this was my first radio install ever. think i did a bangin job. all you have to do is remove the glove box and pull the cables through the side of the center stack. a pain at 1st, but its worth it in the end. tell them to reconsider, i cant imagine living with that block hanging out of my dash when i even paid for professional installation.
