Default Headrest Mod, Moisture in Headlight Cluster

Switched the rear and front head rests and the front seats now look pretty sweet. They even look like theyve been made by recaro.

also, I have a lot of moisture in my left front headlamp cluster I cant get rid of, despite many days of sun. any ideas?

This is what I would do...........

1.) Take the headlight housings out of the car.

2.) Remove the lamps/bulb housings to allow air to flow in.

3.) Let it dry out.

4.) Replace lamps/bulb housings.

5.) Inspect headlight housing for leaks/cracks ect.

6.) Seal leaks/cracks.

7.) Install headlights back in car.

8.) Use Meguiars 'Plastx' and a buffer to clean, polish and seal.

Or.... pull your headlights off the car and remove the actually lights so all you have is the housing. Put the headlight assembly in your oven. YES OVEN! at about 250-300 just for a couple minutes. You will see the glue on your housing will have bonded and dried a lot tighter around the assembly

headrest mod.

very simple but looks awesome.

just switch the rear and front headrests around. so back goes front and front goes back. the back doesnt look any stupider and then the front seats look awesome and much more sporty.

and thanks for the tips on the headlight cluster, thanks

I recently had the same problem with condensation in my pass side headlamp. I took out the entire light and noticed that one of the doors on the back of the low beam had broken where the metal clamp snapped down. Was 35 bucks for a new one from the dealer. I also took out my driver side light and noticed that this clamp had come off as well. With these little hatches open it is very easy for water to make it's way in.
