Question First questions: Oil Change, floormats, Side Markers ans Spoilers

That's the toy. First post with questions so I thought I'd ask 4!

First, I'm doing my first oil change this weekend, I'm not too woried about getting to it. I'm planning on running Mobil 1 0W-40. My question is on fliters, what do I avoid? If I walk into my Advanced Auto Parts, what DON'T I buy? Should I just got OEM with the dealer? Do I have any surprises soming my way?

Next, floormats. I'm planning on buying some Weathertech molded floormats. Any bad expereriences with these? Anything better/cheaper?

Last, the side markers. I didn't realize when I bought the car but the clear side markers REALLY bug me on the Dolphin Grey paint. What are some quality smoke side marker replacements. Is it easy enough to do outside? Can replacing them really mess things up? Types to avoid?

I'm internet literate. I love pictures, videos, and links for the best help.

Thanks in advance!

Super Last, spoliers. I kind of like the idea of a small trunk lip spoiler or a small roof spoiler. Are the cheap eBay lip spoilers any good? Anything to avoid? What should I be looking for. (I'm not 100% on spoilers, the idea is later down the road like fall at the earliest)

well as far as filters, i always buy them from the dealer. i think a handful of the tuning sites sell them as well (the main brands are Mann and Mahle I believe),but theyre about the same price no matter what source you use.

the side markers you should be able to do yourself with some spray on film,no need to buy a whole new piece.

there was a member around here who found a nice ebay spoiler for the b6's, search the b6 forums and youll probably find it. sorry i cant provide a link right now!

floor mats-not sure on them. just make sure they'd be a nice fit before really using them or taking them out of the packaging.

You can also use the K&N oil filter. As for floormats just get them from the dealer. They fit perfectly and work great.
