FINALLY!!!!!! Found the car I wanted and bought it last week
I just purchased a Certified 04 A4 3.0 S-line ultrasport black on black with 47,500 miles on it last week. $21,409. The exact car I've been looking for. I don;t want speed I have a turbocharged mustang for that. Is there any exhaust for this car that actually makes it sound good and wont make me more broke than I already am?? Also in the future is there anything that I have to keep my eye on, special maintanance wise??? Plus if anyone had a Bose radio with the 6 disc in the dash, can you tell me how to shut off the speed/sound equalizer. I tried the menu button but the option doesnt come up.

Awesome, good for you man.
The radio has to be disabled at the dealer on the B6 model, they re-wire the amp so it won't do it. Its actually for a TSB for fluxuating volumn that people complain about, so just ask for that TSB.
As for the exhuast don't just get the rear mufflers, you have to remove the resonator for it to sound any good on the 3.0L.
I put a set of Remus mufflers on a 3.0L before and you couldn't ever hear a difference, then we cut out the stock resonator and bam! It growled after that!
Personally, having it custom made is the cheapest and probably the best sounding exhuast you can get for the 3.0L. Have them remove all the stock muffers and resonators, and either have them put in 1 or 2 glass packs, then run 2.5" pipe all the way back and pick some decent tips for them to weld on.

Odd. I brought my car to the dealer on Tuesday just have them go over the car and check a couple of concerns, and he ran my vin and told me there were no recalls or TSB's for anything.

No its not odd, only recalls would pop up on the screen, a TSB is in the online service manual that techs have to look up for a complaint. In other words, you have to complain about it. TSB's are factory issued repairs for certain complaints.

Is there any other TSB;s I should ask about =). Also any special maintanance that the manual doesn't say about? Also where can i get a service manual for it?

The dealer can get you a service manual through the parts department.
The TSB is to disable the audio pilot, in case he asks.
As for TSB's nothing else really matters un-less somethings broke.
