ESP, ABS, & Flashing Brake warning lights
I'm getting all of the above warning lights. But only after I start my car for the third time in one day. The warning lights seem to reset themselves every calendar day. I've replaced pads and rotors. The brake reservoir appears normal. (although I'm not sure if I'm looking at it right...fluid looks like it's collecting near the cap, but the level when viewed from the side looks lower but within parameters.) I'm not getting the brake pad wear sensor warning. and my code reader doesn't show any faults.
I'm a little stumped. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I had the very same problem a few weeks ago.
The ABS & ESP lights on the dash is causing by a faulty brake light switch and the break lights always on and blinking is caused by a faulty brake light sensor.
Id say the sensor went 1st and the switch soon followed.

found the fault code
I took the car to a shop to have the ABS fault code read with a vag-com reader. It turned out that the brake reverse flow pump was showing an intermittent fault. I found that this part can cost >$1800. I'm going to try to flush the system to see if that helps. Otherwise, I'll live with the periodic flashing lights.

Update to brake warning lights
After flushing the lines, I'm not getting the fault as frequently anymore. On some days, I'll get the alarm after the 7th or 8th start, and some days I won't get the alarm at all. It's been two days since my last alarm. Maybe the flush worked...sort of.
