P1287 - N249 Open Circuit
The N249 is a grey colored valve with three grey colored hoses coming from it and has an electrical connection attached as well. The most common cause of this code is the N249 valve not being plugged in all the way or a blown fuse (#35 I believe). It is a solid state electrical device meaning it either works or it doesn't. It wont slowly fade over time it will just fail. I would suggest testing it with a volt meeter because it costs $80.00 - $110.00 for a new one. It can be bypassed as well. I'm about to begin diagnostics on mine today, I'll post a thread in the DIY section.
