Engine doesn't start sometimes, but not all the times
My 2003 A4 1.8TQ......the engine doesn't start sometimes, but not all the times....like after hard driving.....after pumping gas....doesn't start. It DOES start in cold morning, even in single digit weather. Check engine light is also on. Someone suggested to replace plugs & coils, and I did, but it didn't solve the problem. The battery is new. Does anyone has any ideas what could be wrong???

first go to advance auto parts and scan the code. you could be flooding the motor, or its still adapting/reseting after the battery instalation, or if it turns over but hard it might be your starter, or loose connection on the ignition switch.

Thanks, shane.trammell, borninrussia3!!
I got the code scanned today, and it was fuel level sensor.
Also, fault found in ABS....this is unrelated but I probably want to have it fixed for winter driving....
By the way, have you got your timing belt done yet? Mine is 81000 miles, and told it is about time.
