this seems to be a good deal if it comes with all 78 programs, but i asked the seller a question, and he could not answer it.

i asked if the scanner came with all 78 programs, or would i have to buy them seperately? also could he give me a list of all the programs on it.

he said he was not aware of the specifics of this unit. and that was it.

so...has anybody tried this, heard of it, anything??
