Default Dynamic Headlight Range Control Fault

'02 B6, 3.0, 6-speed, etc. Just acquired this car and it appears to have aftermarket headlights (Has a half-ring of LEDs around the perimeter of the headlights and I'm pretty sure this feature did not exist in '02 ). No evidence of the Dynamic Headlight Range Control Fault until I attempted some adjusting of the beams and/or elevated the back of the car on ramps trying to chase a fueling problem (see previous post!). Any thoughts on this issue?

I have the 03 version of your car and I never heard of this fault. Is it related to the dynamic leveling? If so, I had that fault on my A6 and simply pulled fuse 11.

Default Dynamic Leveling

Sorry to have been away for awhile and the warning light remains on though I've made no efforts to rectify the issue until now. And regarding the question, I do believe it is related to the dynami. leveling feature even though the headlights themselves are not mechanically levelling units.
I'll take a look at Fuse #11 to see if removing it has an effect upon the warning light.
Thanks and stand by. . .

I went looking for my notes and it was either fuse 10 or 11 on my A6. Check the panel for what the fuses do so you don't pull something obviously important, otherwise trial and error for an A4.
