These guys are a bunch of hacks. I took my car there only under warrantee and once in desperation with my current problem. They love to charge you money and find nothing wrong. Not only that they destroy the hardware on your car. Their mechanics are by far the WORST I have ever come across! Avoid that dealership in Leesport PA as if your life depended on it!

 

A rant like this without explanation is usually the sign of a crybaby, not a reference. I'm looking for info on this dealer. You gave no info. Did you try to show them the problems? Do you think they should work for free. If the your problem is not worth paying even to have it checked, how important can it possibly be to you? If your boss wanted you to work for free, would you? Did you get you problems resolved elsewhere and how? There is opportunity to get very good and useful advice from people on these forums. Posts like this are the reason the dealer personel refer to it as "Audiwhiners.com" and give no respect to what we share here.
