Cv axle diy
so for the longest time i thought my motor mounts were shot, i was like **** why so early with only 70,000...put my car on jack stands to do the job and find out my motor mounts are fine but my ******* front passenger side axle is cracked and the cv boot is ripped
can someone give me a diy on the axle replacement?

Wish I could help here but I did a quick search on some other sites and came up w/goose eggs.
I think the Bentley Service Manual on DVD the stocking no# is AB66 and SunnyShaida should become friends. It's gonna cost $80-$100 but I think most on AF will agree that it's a necessity for the DIY'er. Get it and save yourself the headache. If money's tight pawn or sell some of your stereo equipment (not a necessity...nice to have but certainly not a necessity) and get it. Do whatever you have to do to purchase it. Its value will become very clear.
Buy the Bentley Publishers manual....its what the tech's use. Good Luck!
