I recently got a full detail on my car and the detail sucked big time. Even worse, when i got it back te cruise control stopped working. I cant even get the cruise light to come on to tell me that it recognizes my commands.

I'm wondering whether they sprayed an interior shine and it got into the stalk housing for the cruise control...

 

i forget what it is when the cruise control stops working. Im thinking its the brake switch on the pedal that wont allow the cruise control to activate. ill have to check when i get home. I know i have it bookmarked somewhere.

 

The inside was VERY oily when they returned it to me. Didnt even bother to wipe down the excess oil. And as far as the button on the break, it would seem plausable but the indicator that shows that cruise control is recognized would not be controlled by that im pretty sure. I may be wrong.

 

are you manual or automatic.
