Default Couple more questions, Spark Plug Gapping and speeding protection

Okay so I got a set of Copper Core plugs from Bosch (link) and they have a three-piece spark zone. There are three arms around the main piece, see pic. How, if I need to, do I gap them, or are they set out of the box.

Also, I am looking to get some covers to reduce my radar/laser signature. I am thinking Veil and some plate covers.

Coat your plate and headlights and reduce your laser signature immensely! I don't have the money for a laser jammer at the moment, so my Valentine one is working double-duty. I think the Veil would help considerably with my warning time, not that the Valentine one isn't more than adequate. They have new laser equipment that can get your speed in .3 seconds, I don't know if it is deployed yet. They still have to draw a bead on me though...

Plate Covers:

I need two but there is no quantity listed. I guess I'll find that out. Does anyone have any other suggestions or info on these?

Anyone? I'm more concerned with gapping the plugs, I have never done that before and I really don't want to have to go buy a tool if I don't need to.

the tool will only cost you 2 dollars at your local auto parts store.

Sweet! Off to look like an idiot in an auto parts store I go! lol I'm sure (hoping) it'll be self explanitory. Maybe I'll look online. Is there anything special I need for the 3-prong plugs I have?
