Unhappy Clutch pedal stuck on the floor

I just replaced the slave cylinder in my 03 A4 1.8t 5 Speed and now the clutch pedal goes to the floor and wont come back up without pulling it up manually. What is wrong? I can't get any fluid to come out of the slave cylinder either. Is there a separate reservior for the clutch? No fluid loss from the top master cylinder.
