I've had the CEL on for a few days now..
P0431 (bank 2 warm up catalyst below threshold)
and today when I tried to fill up gas (between 1/8 and 1/4, gas light hasn't turn on yet), I couldn't. It kept shutting off the pump. And I could see some gas is leaking out on the floor too (not sure from where, definitely not from outside the chasis).

Are these related?? If not, what's causing the fill up problems, anyone knows?
