BOV and Intake?
I have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, its the auto, with cvt. What i would like to know is if i can install a BOV into my car? and an intake without too many problems. I have seen mixed stories, about people saying that some do work, others don't intakes are useless but other stories where they have helped, and would like to know once and for all.

I understand that a true atmospheric bov would be bad for a B5 but I have read somewhere and I would post it here if i could find it, but I read somewhere that the B6 ecu is smart enough to recognize the lack of recirculated air and adjust the a/f ratio accordingly thus allowing you to run a 100% atmospheric bov setup without hurting your car. Now this is all assumptions from what I have read so don't put it in stone.

as for the intake btw seems as though the only intake to give you any advantage is the carbonio intake which supposedly gives you "1" horsepower. In other words they are only for looks and sound. The stock airbox is very efficient.
