My a4 which i have just bought, the radio signal is not great ? where do i find the aerial ??

Could any body tell me, my car 2003 A4 TDI ( Concert Head Unit)

I am led to believe that there should be a cable in the boot to fit a cd changer ? Do you know if this correct ?

I would like the ability to play various cd's . MP3's would be better but i am not changing osund system ??
