Default Airbags

I have a question about the airbag system. My car has had a rough life, She is the ultimate trooper because she is still alive and well but she has had a rough track record as far as accadents. When I purchased the car a year ago, the air bag light was on due to the side air-bag deployment the airbag was cut out and never properly replaced. Recently I hit a deer blew the passenger side airbag (not the driver/wierd) I know the driver side has an airbag and that its in there because the steering wheel center piece is in perfect condition. Well I have decided to fix all these airbag issues. The codes on the computer reading are as follows...

01217 - Side Airbag Igniter: Driver Side (N199)
001 Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON
01588 - Igniter for Head-Airbag; Driver Side (N251)
001 Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON
00654 - Seat Belt Tensioner Igniter; Drivers Side (N153)
001 Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON

Thoes are the codes Now here are my findings;

The side roof airbag needs replacement because i can see it has been blown when I take the siding off, (I have purchased the replacement airbag). The seatbelt tensioner works as far as i know, when I pull on it real fast or when braking is applyed it grabs just fine, so I am not understanding the seatbelt Tensioner Ignitor!?!?

Another thing I don't understand is that there is no code for the blowen passenger dashboard airbag, is that because there was already soemthing wrong with the airbag system when it deployed?

MY Theroy (which by all means I am far from expert); Replace side curtian airbag, replace AIRBAG MODULE, replace dash and dash airbag. This should fix the problem no?

Does the Module even need to be replaced after airbags are deployed? is that a standered thing to replace, or is that a re-useable piece. I would think that anything in the airbag system is not re-useable and I should replace the module that controls all the bags. Now there is just one Module that controls all the bags correct, the entire system?

I need the help of someone who knows about airbags and can desifer this, any help would be unbelieveably appriciated! Maybe you have gotten into an accadent and understand this you dont have to be a specialist nessissarly, I know airbags can be a touchy subject but more or less I am looking for a shopping list of what I need to get so that I don't have to spend a fortune at the dealer for these parts. thanks again!

The problem is, I believe only an Audi scanner can recognize "Stored Crash Data" in the airbag control module. Every airbag that has been deployed including the seatbelt tensioner unit have to be replaced. Then the faults have to be deleted. If the Airbag light is still on after all bag and seatbelt replacement then the module needs to be replaced.

Rule of thumb usually is if the airbags are deployed the module needs to be replaced. But i have encountered situations where that is not always true, thats why i try to delete it first and go from there.
