Has anyone here installed an aftermarket navi (Pioneer, Alpine) In dash Navi system in your A4?

I've been looking for the dash kit that would hold these units but have not had any luck.

On Ebay they have a few AUDI navi systems but all used, dont know if I could trust a $700 Bucks system on ebay.

If you do have this in your A4 and even if you installed the NAvi yourself please post a pic and let me know where I could find the Dash Kit.

I saw this on what I believe is a european Audi Forums site? Some dude did an aftermarket DIY nav job. It looks pretty good from what you can see out of the pictures. The finished pic is pretty terrible, but you kind of get the idea.

There's also this website that was linked on the original thread. Only problem, I think it's out in London. Haha.

Unfortunately, neither source really gives you a great "how-to" on the process of doing such a task.

Cant find a Dash kit that would fit it.

 

y dont u just go with the stock navi? it looks way better and im not sure but i think its plug and play.

 

I like to stock Navi, it would look way better than a aftermarket. But I still cant find the Dash kit for it.

Also, ebay has some for $699. dont know if I can trust them.

 

Does anyone know what would be involved in installing a stock Navi unit into a B6?
