3.0 No Power to Passenger Door
A couple months ago I started loosing power to my passenger door, It went out pretty quick and when it did I could still manage to get the window up by moving the door open and closed till it hit a "sweet spot" I guess you could say.
I brought it to the dealer and they said it was likely the window regulator but they couldnt guarantee it would work and I didnt want to spend that money not knowing if it would work
I figured because I could still manage to wiggle the door around till it worked that it was a wire shorting out or something in the space between the door and the car that had broken over time from opening the door too much
Anyway what im asking, is that if all the power is out to my door, including lights, locks, and windows... is it likely that the problem is the window regulator ? or would that only effect the window leaving the lights and locks functioning ?
Thanks in advance, sorry if that was worded poorly, its been a long day, and I just want to be able to lock my door again
