1.8t lack of engine power
Hey guys
I have this 02 A4 1.8t that does not want to cooperate when i push the gas... I worked on the engine about 500 miles ago. timing belt, water pump all that, oil pump, rebuilt the turbo. ran good, but suddenly just got lazy. does not have power. it's like the turbo does not kick in. it'll gain speed, but when i hit the padle won't jump at all. seems like it cicks back... replaced spark plugs, but no changes. turbine shaft is spining easily with minimal play. can i test the boost pressure with vagcom? can be also the fuel filter? no check engine light on...
I wana sell this car, too many problems with it.
Any help will be greatly apreciated !!!

Best bet is to buy a cheap mechanical boost gauge (if you plan to sell) and double check boost/vacuum. Also, it is possible after having the timing belt done and it running fine, that it jumped a tooth or two, reaffirm that it is in time still as well
