Its on the centre left support column. Its pretty much wedged between the side of the seat and in between the doors. When motion sensors are deactivated a red light turns on.

you know you're a b5 owner if... you own the movie "Ronin" and pretend they say a4 and not s8 when they select their getaway car... and to try and get driving tips.

Just found out yesterday from another thread just like this that I can get the rear part of my sunroof to pop up by pushing on the button instead of turning it... SOOO, you know you're a B5 owner when you constantly learn new things from a thread, instead of just reading the damn manual!

how many of you know that we have middle sun visor and that out gas cap could easily chill on the gas cover because it was made that way
how about that after owning the car and working one the car outside of your house you slice your finger and accidentally find a 9 year old med kit in the back seat arm rest... I was rocking a 9 year old bandage all day so classic

I keep finding missing parts when I work on mine. 2/4 screws on tail light. 3/5 screws on ECU weather box. Plugged port for temp gauge. (It now has a sharp, broken extractor bit in the plug.) 2/3 screws for engine cover. No leatherette cover for ebrake. (I look like I have some drift handle in my car.) Just lots of little missing peices that make me annoyed.
