Hey, glad to hear that not all 17 y/o get jacked on insurance. Reminds me of when I first got my license and my parents insurance co wouldn't add me because they required at least 3 years driving experience. My grandfather was once the vise president of claims at that insurance. My dad told the person on the line to look up the name Robert Tyler. They called back about 30 minutes later and said, "We'd be happy to insure your son, Mr. Tyler..."
Of course, we didn't drive an Audi back then... haha!

You know you are a B5 owner when you have more trunk space than a B6. Or you own the car for a year before you realize there is a small button that turns off the motion sensors (yes, I only found out it has motion sensors recently). It explains why the alarm always goes off if the windows are down.

That is so true about our cars looking so new especially a 99.5 like mine with the smooth door handles. Everyone is so shocked when I say it is a 99. I could easily say 04 or 05 and it would be believable to regular people. I love my A4 even thought the turbo is driving me nuts with no boost.
