It's an audio setting that comes up on your stereo as "55555555".

The first two values are for front bass, the first being low bass and the second being high bass. The third is for low treble and the fourth is high treble, it then repeats itself for the rear speakers

Interesting, I'll have to keep that in mind for if I ever find myself in possession of a facelift model. Either way, I don't feel too bad about it right now as it is, seeing as I bought the car with a pretty sweet aftermarket deck so I can play with the bass levels all I want anyway

you know you're a b5'er when your friends think your rich, yet you tell them, after owning one, you dont stay one for too long. (not that i am rich anyway)

..when you have probably used or plan to use half of your vacation days to take the car to the shop.

You know you're a B5'er when your friends see your nice car and ask you to do a peel out... Then you say you can't because you're Quattro (AWD for them)... Then you chuckle as they say "NO WAY!!!"

You know you're a B5'er when every few months your car spends as much time in your garage as it does on the road.

You know you're a B5'er when a 5 min drive back from the store turns into an hour adventure.
