WUB WUB WUB only when new rims are on
I got 19x8 rs4 reps with 235/35/19's on them from a guy who lives in the next town over (only got 19s cause they were a good deal, I am looking to trade for 18s). I got H&R 12mm spacers for the front, and 20mm for the rear which make em flush. My buddy was the PO of the car and he had replaced the passenger side rear wheel bearing 2000 miles ago. Here is the problem....when the stock 15s are on the car, the car runs smoothly and silent, but when I put the new rims and spacers on, there is a loud wubwubwub sound that I have always associated with a bad wheel bearing. I know the spacers are bad for the bearings, but if they did the damage wouldn't it make the sound even after I took them off too? I also thought the the wheel/tire isn't balanced and caused the sound/faint vibration...Any ideas?

Not unless it only rubs on bumps or turns, ya dig.

The offset is ET45 and I'm running a 20mm spacer in back, 12mm in front. There was no rubbing on anything when I installed the rims, and I am rocking the 27.75 inch GTF that my stock liftkit gives me so I'm not rubbing on the fenders haha...

Man your car must sit wide... I used to run 235/35/19 all around, on ET35 with no spacers. Lowered about an inch and a half, I HAD to get the front fenders rolled, since the tires were doing a poor job... Rears sat near perfect (flush) though.
Anyways, your bearings certainly don't like you. Does the sound seem more pronounced from any particular corner of your car? This will sound ghetto, but what if you tried a stock 15" on each corner, one corner at a time, to figure out where the noise is coming from? You wouldn't necessarily need to drive very far, maybe a mile.
