sounds like speedtuning worked out for bogie, but in general you pay for what you get. there is a reason why so many use GIAC, APR, Uni, and Revo.

even if you had a boost leak it should still boost more then 8psi, i still have my leak (its been to cold to fix) and I still hold 14-15psi with the leak.
i would send your ecu back and make sure they do it right this time. thats about all you can do.

i'm pretty sure its not the ecu programming. i didnt know it, but when i bought my car it had been previously chipped by some no-name company and my car was doing the same thing before i got it chipped. i didnt have a boost gauge installed until last week so i didnt know my exact psi that i was running. but before i sent my ecu out to speedtuning, it did the same thing its doing now. i thought i had a boost leak as well though because sometimes it would throw me back in my seat a little bit and sometimes it felt like it had no boost at all. but since i didnt have a gauge, i just assumed that it was running 8 psi when it threw me back in my seat a little and was running like 2 or 3 when it felt like there was no boost at all. but it turns out that i was actually boosting like 18 psi sometimes and the stock 8 psi sometimes. since i got it chipped through speedtuning, it flows 18 psi alot more often than it does 8 psi, but it still does it sometimes. so anyways, i guess my point is that i'm pretty sure its not the ecu flashing from speedtunig that is the problem. its almost like the spring in the forge DV sometimes releases at 8 psi and sometimes holds until 18 psi...even though i removed the green spring and installed the yellow one for higher boost. i am also running right around 20 hg at idle so its not a vacuum leak. i dont know, its just f***ing annoying.

I don't know how some you guys like Rhino are hitting 21 psi on the speedtuning flash. Either I got a little leak some where too, or ?. I def don't have the problem of only being able to hit 8 psig. my boost hits ~16-17 psig consistently. Are you sure you are running 93 octane and did a throttle body alignment? I used the yellow spring but I'm thinking about adding 1 or 2 of those spacers into my DV with the yellow spring to see if that will help it hold boost higher up around 20 or 21 like Rhino. If your aren't boosting consistently and are sure you have no leaks whatsoever, then try running an MBC setup with your flashed ecu.

wish i could help you guys out with this one. I'll shoot Oliver an email to see if it's a problem that has come up in the past.... seems like mostly everyone has been quite satisfied, sorry to hear you two are having issues.

what plugs are you guys running and what is your gap....... i was running iridium plugs and was running fairly good, then i went with ngk coppers and the car came even more alive

well the car was driven all day today with a peak boost of a whoping 9lbs. im running the forge 007p with the yellow spring right now and my tuner said its working perfectly fine. i DID NOT do the throttle body allignment. is this necessary when chipping the car? ill look up how to do it and try it out, but is that enuf to change 8lbs of boost? every experienced tuner that ive asked in person said its gotta be the chip, i kinda got the feeling that i paid $200 to have no ECU for 3 days and got the same thing back. ill do the throttle body allignment and see if that helps, but isnt that something to do with just leaving the power on in the car for a few seconds? cause if thats all it is the car has done that many times. im really stuck on this one, i changed the plugs, the coil packs are fine, and almost everyone is saying its not a boost leak. Oliver said the turbo may be bad, but my tuner would deff. know if that was going on and he would tell me. i went for a ride around the block with him after i found out it was only boosting at 8lbs and he said he has absolutely no idea what it could be besides the chip. he also said the turbo is surging like crazy...im not exactly sure what that means. im very annoyed at Olivers customer service because even though i offered to not have my car for another 3 days, he will NOT reflash the ECU for free. which i think is b.s., he should have a better gaurentee then that. w/e ill try and figrue it out next tuesday when i go to the shop again, and see what happens, if i find another car exactly the same, chipped, im gunna see what happens if i throw their ECU in my car. man this suckss....
